I. Hate. GIMP. Trying to draw with GIMP on my new graphics tablet. About two hours in it was looking good, but I needed to use the eraser tool. One click, and the whole thing just froze. Froze. ARGH. I have to restart the whole thing now.

I haven't made a journal entry since last half term. Now it's the Easter Holidays, so I might as well make a new one. Happy Easter to all of you who celebrate it, although I only do for the chocolate eggs, but who cares, chocolate! Anyway, I'd just like to say that I'm going to be buying a Graphics Tablet soon, probably a Wacom Bamboo, 'cause it's cheap and has good ratings, although I've heard it to be very popular and I hate popular things. Once I get the money, I'll buy it and hopefully my art will improve! :D I know I haven't put up art for ages, but I've been trying and everything just fails massively every time I try to do something.

It's half term and I'm bored as hell. There are only two good things about half term. One - You get to stay up until late. Two - You get to wake up late. Nothing else! There is nothing in the cinemas, all my friends are busy doing actual stuff, and what am I doing ? Wasting such precious time on Facebook and annoying my parents as much as physically possible with my presence. Also, stupid art homework is preventing me from further art. I'm supposed to be drawing a picture of the outside of my window, Richard Wilson style (3 layers). I can't! Landscapes frustrate me so much! I'm really out of my comfort zone with art this year.
